LK2000
The LK2000 HREELS instrument has seen widespread use in industrial and academic laboratories worldwide. EA5000MCA
Multichannel Electron Energy Analyzer
The newest addition to our analyzers employs a position-sensitive detector for fast data collection while maintaining excellent resolution and a fully rotatable analyzer. A bolt-on fixed optics version with transfer lens and long working distance is also available.
- Wide gap cylindrical analyzer with excellent fringe field correction
- Multichannel plate for simultaneous data collection over 800 channels
- Complete spectra acquired in a few seconds to a few minutes
- Maintain high instrumental resolution to 1 meV
