Temperature Programmed Desorption is a powerful tool for materials analysis based on the release of impurities to the gas phase when a specimen is heated.

Our TDS1000 is a fully integrated system tool that enables the user to obtain TPD spectra with high sensitivity and quantitative calibration.

• Flexible design allows cost-effective addition of other surface analysis tools
• Specially shielded mass spectrometer probe for high sensitivity
• Rapid pump down to 10^-8 Torr range after sample load
• Water-cooled sample stage to minimize background gas effects and allow more rapid sample cool down
• Transferrable sample holder with on-board heating element and two thermocouple readouts, allowing accurate sample temperature measurement
